Bad Peanut Butter Brands 

Using a few different parameters, we were able to determine the thirteen worst brands of peanut butter.  

Peanut butter is a straightforward and nutritious snack that is produced by grinding peanuts. 

On the other hand, in many of the variants that are available for purchase, needless additives like sugar, 

salt, and hydrogenated oils are frequently included in order to improve the flavor, texture, and shelf life of the product.

The consumption of sugar, which is a common additive, is associated with a number of health problems, including diabetes, obesity, and poor oral health.  

While the addition of salt enhances flavor and serves as a preservative, 

excessive sodium intake can cause an increase in blood pressure and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.
